Rooms were spacious and had nice city views. The area felt unsafe at night, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low, making it tough to enjoy a refreshing rinse. The staff was friendly and quick at check-in, and the hotel was clean overall. Parking can feel cramped and a bit sketchy at night. Breakfast offered a nice variety, which was a pleasant surprise.

Great location and free shuttle. Wi-Fi was unreliable and no on-site parking.

I was really uneasy about the parking situation; it was cramped and dangerous backing out with people and luggage everywhere. Plus, the breakfast was a letdown—no proper options, just some unappetizing sausage gravy. Definitely not what I expected!

The staff greeted us with warm smiles and called me sweetheart—that just made my day! My room was spacious, with the comfiest bed ever, giving me the best night's sleep. I loved how quiet it was; I could get away from it all while still being close to everything!
Strongly recommend! ❤️😊

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were super helpful when we needed directions and food recommendations.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was worth it.

Breakfast offered a great selection, though a few more fruit options would have been nice. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated how the manager handled our room issue promptly. The location felt safe, but some rooms showed signs of wear, and service was inconsistent—my requests for cleaning went unanswered. Stephanie’s dinner recommendations were spot on, and the reception area was inviting. A few maintenance issues were visible, but the overall warmth of the team made up for it. Just keep an eye on the details for a smoother experience next time.

The room was spacious with a comfortable layout. The bed had plenty of pillows, which I appreciated. there was dry blood on the sheets and the top cover, which was distressing. Closing the drapes was a challenge due to the street lamp outside. The shower had low water pressure and the bathtub drain was clogged. Noise from the street was noticeable through the windows. Temperature control was adequate, but the bathroom door wouldn’t latch properly. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, and a microwave in the breakfast area would be helpful for warming food.

The friendly staff makes you feel at home. Breakfast impresses with variety and presentation.
Beware of the parking garage—didn't feel too safe.

The staff was great! Always friendly and helpful, making our stay feel welcoming. The complementary breakfast had a nice variety with delicious options like waffles and lemon cranberry muffins. Surprisingly, our room had a skyline view of downtown, adding a pleasant touch.
There were some hiccups during our stay. Our keys malfunctioned after day 2, and our room was only cleaned once in 4 nights.

Friendly front desk staff. They were consistently helpful, always wearing a smile. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. Highly recommend the waffles and the lemon cranberry muffin. The room was comfortable and certainly a good value for the price. Customer service shone brightly, especially the sweet and funny evening employee who made us feel right at home. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Hair on the bathroom floor and a dirty towel can't be overlooked. The lack of fruit at breakfast and limited hot water were also disappointments. This hotel has potential but needs to tighten up its operations to truly impress.

Clean room, comfortable beds with a fantastic view from the window and great help from the morning staff at the front desk who provided us with useful local tips.
Nothing to improve.

With a hotel that's a short drive from the lively Country Club Plaza and surrounded by exciting attractions like the Museum of Illusions just over a kilometer away and LEGOLAND Discovery Center barely more than a kilometer away there's no shortage of places to explore on foot and indulge in local eats like those from Fritz's Railroad Restaurant and Smaxx both within easy reach which made my weekend strolls delightful and enriching while the spacious rooms offered comfort and a great night's sleep and helpful staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere but the check-in experience could use a little more warmth.

Just an appropriate option for a fleeting pause in Kansas City with good value considering price it charged. Very clean place.

La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Kansas City Beacon Hill exceeded my expectations. The spacious, clean rooms featured comfortable beds and helpful staff, especially in the evenings. While there were minor downsides like parking and breakfast quality, the overall experience was enjoyable and worth the value.

It kept them entertained for hours, allowing my wife and me some downtime. The breakfast spread was a hit with everyone, especially the waffles!
My wife says that adding a small playground would be perfect.

I caught a Royals game, enjoyed a buffett breakfast, and took full advantage of the fitness center. Easy access to Convention Center was a plus!
Oh, I just loved hauling my luggage up and down all those thrilling hills.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions. the room had a beautiful view, creating a cozy and clean atmosphere that enhanced our romantic escape.
The room's showerhead was broken, creating a safety concern, and we encountered bed bugs in one of the rooms.

We hit up the dope digital games and movies in the room. It was lit! The hotel was chill, tidy, and the crew were mad cool. Perfect spot for young peeps!
Bro, wish they had a sick game room with consoles and stuff. That would've taken our vacay to the next level!

The heating system worked well and kept us warm during the chilly evenings. we found the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room a bit disappointing, as we enjoy having a hot beverage in the morning. The garden furniture outside added a nice touch to the property, providing a cozy space to relax outdoors. The availability of free toiletries in the bathroom was a nice amenity, although we found the selection to be a bit limited. The am/fm alarm clock in the room was handy for waking up on time, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, as we noticed some areas that needed attention, such as the dusty corners and bathroom fixtures that were not properly cleaned. The shuttle service offered by the hotel was a convenient option, but we experienced delays and inconvenience due to the limited availability of the free shuttle service. our stay at La Quinta had its positives and negatives.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.
The shower had low water pressure and was also broken. I found bed bugs and the chair in my room was badly stained.
